Q. Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes. This way the cleaning service you get will be more consistent, thus maintaining continuity.
Q. Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. There are no contracts, no hidden charges or upfront payments. When you choose Clean Impact the contracts are never an option. Your local professional housecleaner is only as good as the last cleaning service.

Q. Can I trust my cleaner?
We conduct an interview to adequately assess the applicants suitability. All candidates must provide the following:
- Identification – we require photo identification – passport/ID, driving licence
- Legal status – applicants must provide a valid visa & work permit
- Proof of address – an utility bill and/or a bank statement
- Two references from previous employers
Q. Do you provide references?
Of course we do. References from former and current clients are available upon request.
Q. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we kindly ask you to provide all cleaning products and equipment.
Q. Is there anything that the cleaners will not clean?
The cleaners will not clean the following:
✘ Any antique, delicate or high-value items
✘ Chandeliers
✘ Pet waste
✘ Bodily fluids
✘ Paint removal
✘ LCD/LED computer screens
They also won´t:
✘ Lift or move heavy objects
✘ Remove or clean curtains and blinds
✘ Do professional carpet cleaning
✘ Provide upholstery cleaning
✘ Clean gardens
✘ Climb up a stepladder
